I do have two issues.
It was weird and off putting.
He asked me if we were going to remove them before installation.
Why, is it a problem?
That should have been a red flag.
Installationagain, the guys were on time.
They came in and first installed the padding.
My baseboards were destroyed.
I spoke with the installation manager who was extremely rude and condescending.
First of all, they are my cheap baseboards.
Secondly, the sales rep clearly knew this would be a problem.
He should have disclosed what would happen.
I am going to have to hire a handyman to replace all the boards.
